Ingredients
2 oz Prosecco
1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Passion fruit liqueur
1 oz Passion fruit puree
1/2 oz Vanilla syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Garnishes
1 wheel Passion fruit
Glass
Preparation
Shake the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit, lemon juice, vanilla simple syrup and ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Slowly pour the Prosecco over the back of a bar spoon to create a layered effect. Garnish with a passion fruit.
