Ingredients
1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz Applejack
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
1 whole Egg white
Garnishes
1 whole Cherry

Preparation
Add all ingredients into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
