Irish Mermaid
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
1/4 oz Orgeat
2 dash Angostura bitters
Garnishes
1 whole Cherry
Glass
Preparation
Shake all ingredients together in a shaker tin with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a cherry.
