2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Lime juice
Top up with Ginger beer
Garnishes
1 wedge Lime

Preparation
Fill a copper mug (or a rocks glass) with ice. Pour the whiskey and lime juice over the ice, then fill glass with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime.
Description
A riff on the Moscow Mule, the Blarney Stone replaces the vodka with Irish whiskey. Add fresh lime juice and ginger beer and you are good to go.
