1 1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey

1/2 oz Islay Whiskey (Laphroaig)

3/4 oz Lemon juice

1/4 oz Maple syrup

1/4 oz Ginger syrup

Garnishes

1 whole Cherry

Glass

Double Rocks

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except for the Islay whiskey with ice. Strain into rocks glass then float Islay whiskey on top and garnish.
