Ingredients

2 oz Champagne
1 1/2 oz Aged Rum
3/4 oz Lime juice
2 Dash Angostura bitters
6 Leaf Mint

Garnishes

1 sprig Mint

Glass

Preparation

In a shaker, combine the white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and mint leaf. Muddle the mint leaf to release their flavor. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a mint sprig.
