Spiced Maple Bourbon Fizz
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Spiced Maple Syrup
Top up with Champagne
2 dash Orange bitters
Garnishes
1 stick Cinnamon
1 whole Star anise
Glass
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
