1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
1/4 oz Grand Marnier
1/4 oz DOM Bénédictine
1 oz Pineapple juice
Top up with Club soda
1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnishes

1 whole Cherry
1 slice Orange

Preparation

Add the gin, Benedictine, Grand Marnier, cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with the club soda. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

History

The Singapore Sling was created by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel in Singapore in the early 1900s. It quickly became a popular drink and is now widely recognized as a classic cocktail.
