3/4 oz Cognac
2 dash Angostura bitters
2 barspoon DOM Bénédictine
2 dash Peychaud's bitters

Preparation

In a mixing glass, combine the rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, Angostura bitters and Peychaud's bitters. Stir well until well combined. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry.
