2 oz Raspberry puree

Preparation
Pour raspberry puree into a champagne flute and top with prosecco. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a raspberry.

History
The Bellini was created in the 1940s at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. It was named after the Renaissance artist Giovanni Bellini, whose works often featured a rosy hue similar to the color of the drink. The Raspberry Bellini is a variation of the classic Bellini, made with the addition of raspberry puree.
