Industry Sour
Ingredients
1 oz Fernet Branca
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
Garnishes
1 wheel Lime
Glass
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

History
The Industry Sour was created by St. Louis bartender Ted Kilgore in 2011. By his own account, it was created for another industry person and the thought going into it was simply “what would happen if I put all my favorite things into one drink†usually this thought leads nowhere good but on this occasion it created a legendary drink.
