Muddle cucumber in the base of a shaker, then add all other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled glass.

Description

The eastern Standard is based on the Eastside Cocktail which is of course itself based on the classic Southside. With Gin, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Mint and Cucumber, this is a drink that is cool and refreshing with the right amount of zing.
