Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express the oil from the orange peel over the top of the drink and garnish.

History

The Intro to Aperol is a mixed drink created by Audrey Saunders and is one of many modern classics to come out of her bar, the Pegu Club.
