Brazuca Remedy
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cachaca
2/3 oz Aperol
2/3 oz Limoncello
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Honey Syrup
0.5 whole Egg white
3 leaf Basil
Garnishes
zest Lemon
1 leaf Basil
Glass
Preparation
Muddle basil in shaker. Add other ingredients and dry shake. Shake again with ice and fine strain in chilled glass.
Garnish with lemon zest twist and float basil leaf
