Foul Weather Friend
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Demerera Rum
3/4 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Jamaican Rum (Smith and Cross)
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Passionfruit syrup
Garnishes
1 sprig Mint
Glass
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed or pebble ice and garnish with fresh mint and a cocktail umbrella.
