Mezcal Negroni
Ingredients
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Mezcal
Garnishes
1 twist Orange
Glass
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express the oil from an orange peel over the top and discard.
