Italian Sparkler
Ingredients
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Simple syrup
Garnishes
1 twist Lemon
Glass
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for Prosecco in a shaker over ice.
Shake and strain into preferred stemmed glass, like a coupe or flute.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon zest.
